Yoga is my morning mantra. I can stand on my head while simultaneously thinking about breakfast. They say yoga teaches calmness, but when I try to do a crow pose, my dog gives me a look like I’ve lost my mind. After a session, I feel as flexible as spaghetti – too bad I don’t taste as good

And snowboarding is my love with a risk. Yoga teaches me to breathe, snowboarding teaches me to fall gracefully. In winter, I turn into a snow fairy flying down the slope yelling “Yo-ho!”, and in summer – into a yoga mat dreaming of snow. In short, I’m a walking contrast, and I love it!
